Before requesting a new project please read through the Iniosante Terms and Conditions below. When requesting a new project you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions.
A deposit of 50% is due before work commences.
Standard payment terms are NET15. Late fees past NET15 are 10% of the total and accrue every 30 days.
There is a two (2) hour minimum on all photography/cinematography. Projects with due dates of less than seven (7) days notice will incur an additional 25% rush charge; with less than 48 hours notice of due date will incur an additional 50% rush charge. Same day edits may be possible in some cases; same day edits carry an additional 50% fee.
CLIENT is responsible for providing all expectations in writing prior to production, including due dates.
Cancellation by CLIENT for shoots and/or editing sessions within 48 hours of shoot and/or editing session will have 50% of production rate assessed +100% of any rented gear.
All materials and/or collateral necessary for project are to be provided by CLIENT to Iniosante in a timely manner. Amendments after a production begins may incur additional fees. CLIENT is responsible for any materials used & all time incurred by Iniosante for a given project.
Iniosante grants CLIENT unlimited license to utilize intellectual property of the finished product as it is delivered if all invoices are paid on time and in full. Intellectual property copyright of anything captured, filmed, or recorded by Iniosante or its associates remains the ownership of Iniosante. Raw footage delivery is not included but can be made available for an additional fee.
Iniosante is not responsible for “acts of God” that damage, delay, or end project.
Legal action may be taken should CLIENT fail to pay for contracted work. CLIENT agrees to binding arbitration of legal matters in New Braunfels, TX.
Estimates and production costs are based on information provided by CLIENT & are subject to change as the project progresses by as much as CLIENT should require or Iniosante deem necessary.
Payment of any type by CLIENT is an agreement to the terms and conditions detailed herein.
